Hello Hello dear friends!

The boys are in school and the giant project-list is slowly starting to diminish. We still have plenty of work left to do and quite a few unpacked boxes tucked in to our basement but we are starting to feel a little settled! Yay!!!

We are just wrapping up a month-long full remodel of our boys’ bathroom. The old bathroom was pink. Pink (moldy, 30 year old) carpet, pink tiles, pink toilet, etc…. Once that’s done I will probably miss the boys bursting through our bedroom door at 6am to use our bathroom!

We have really found a good place here and I would have to say that we are quite happy with the move. The neighborhood is just what we wanted. The schools are great. The people are so down to earth and friendly. And we are surrounded by kids!! My boys spent their summer playing outside. They’d bust in through the front door with bright red sweaty faces and big smiles - slam a glass of water and a snack and then run right back outside! Sleep. Repeat.

We really lucked out!

In the next few months I hope to share some photos of the new area as well as maybe a little peek of what we have done in our home! In the meantime - I just want to say thanks for supporting my family and me through this move and transition!
